Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Application L3 Mid Support Analyst with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net, Duck Creek, and IT services.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide mid-level support for Canada and Poland users.
- Resolve incidents and requests based on standard operating procedures.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of applications and escalate issues to L3 when necessary.
- Conduct regular scheduled activities such as application releases and month-end incident management.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes.
- Manage daily application checkout and monitoring/deployments on production servers.
- Handle monthly patching post-checkout (following daily app checkout), housekeeping cleanup activity (disk space alerts/share folder alerts-application folder), DR & testing (dry run).
- Track proactively license renewals/certificates, manage incident request/service requests, raise RITM based on ad hoc requests (server build/DB creation), and coordinate ad hoc patching with respective teams.
- Create application documents, Datapack, Runbooks, and KEDB for standard requests, and manage prod defect scope post-warranty period.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven troubleshooting skills with a focus on analysis and resolution of complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline, deployment process, GIT Hub, Azure Cloud, Net 6.0 and above, IIS, SQL, Insurance knowledge, and Duck Creek is required.
- Ability to work 3 days a week and 10 days in a month from the client office.
- Shift: 5:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST.
- Weekend support during patch activities is required.
