Hiring: Design & Development Engineer (Machine Tool Industry)

We are looking for a talented Design & Development Engineer with hands-on experience in Machine Tool, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Fixtures, and Industrial Automation.

Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 35 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Master's in Machine Design

Key Skills:

• Machine Building & Product Development
• Fixture Design & Development
• Industrial Automation & SPMs
• DFM, DFA, DFX & FMEA
• GD&T and Engineering Calculations
• Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
• FEA (Mechanical, Thermal & Vibration)
• PTC Creo (Preferred) & PLM Exposure

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new machines from concept to launch
• Perform engineering analysis and simulations using FEA tools
• Design machine components, sub-assemblies, and structures
• Select and evaluate actuators, motors, ball screws, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Conduct feasibility studies and lifecycle testing
• Drive innovation and continuous product improvement

Preferred Background:

Candidates from the Machine Tool Industry, SPM Manufacturers, Industrial Automation, Machine Building, or Fixture Design environments will be highly preferred.
