We design, manufacture, and install state-of-the-art storage infrastructure for logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail sectors globally. We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our core manufacturing plant and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
(Trainees will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training and will be allocated to one of the following core divisions based on aptitude and requirement)
1. Production & Manufacturing Support
- Shop-Floor Supervision: Assist senior production managers in supervising daily operations across sheet metal fabrication, heavy-duty roll-forming, bending, laser cutting, robotic welding, and automated powder-coating lines.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor production schedules and machine utilization to ensure daily manufacturing targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Manpower Handling: Coordinate with shop-floor technicians and operators to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in implementing lean manufacturing practices (such as 5S and Kaizen) to minimize material waste and improve cycle times.
2. Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC)
- In-Process & Final Inspection: Conduct routine physical inspections of raw steel, in-process components, and finished racking products against structural engineering drawings and tolerance limits.
- Precision Measurement: Utilize precision measuring instruments including vernier calipers, micrometers, weld gauges, and coating thickness meters to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Defect Documentation: Identify, flag, and log quality deviations or non-conforming materials. Assist the QA team in performing root-cause analysis for recurring defects.
3. Dispatch & Logistics Support
- Material Packing & Verification: Oversee the secure heavy-duty packing of finished racking components to ensure zero transit damage; cross-verify packed bundles against the Bill of Materials (BOM) and delivery challans.
- Inventory & Loading Supervision: Supervise safe material handling, stacking, and loading into dispatch vehicles (trucks/containers) using forklifts or overhead cranes, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Documentation & Reconciliation: Assist in preparing essential outbound paperwork (Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Challans, and E-way bills) and update ERP/logistics tracking systems.
- Coordination: Coordinate with transporter networks and on-site project teams to ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of core manufacturing processes, material handling, and strength of materials.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret industrial engineering drawings and packing layouts.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, FIFO concepts, and dispatch documentation.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (especially MS Excel for production, quality logs, and dispatch tracking).
Soft Skills:
- High alertness, detail-oriented mindset, and a strong commitment to workshop and loading safety.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with plant laborers, logistics vendors, and corporate management.
- Ability to work under tight dispatch schedules and handle high-volume physical plant environments.
