We are Hiring for International VOICE Process - US HEALTHCARE. We are Looking for Candidates Residing in Kolkata Location, Comfortable operating in 24/7 Shifts, Has Good communication Skills.

FIRST 100 APPLICANTS WOULD BE ALLOWED ONLY DAILY ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Fresher HSC/Graduates with Excellent Communication Skills
Qualified in Technical Degrees are not eligible.
Fluent English communication skills for effective verbal and written communication.
Fix Night Shift, Rotational week offs.
Full time Students Not Eligible
Self-Travelling & out of boundary Not Eligible
Should be comfortable with Work from Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong customer handling skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
