Role: Customer Support Associate (Travel Process)

Who Can Apply:

Graduates or undergraduates from any stream
Minimum 6 months of experience in:
International / Domestic BPO process
Inbound sales / upselling (preferred)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Prior experience in customer handling / voice process is an advantage
Open to night shifts and rotational schedules
