Job Description
About Position:
We are looking for a hands-on Lead AI Engineer to build and scale real-world Generative AI solutions. The role involves working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and end-to-end system ownership, driving AI product development from design to production.

What You'll Do:
- Own AI systems end-to-end (design, build, deploy, and scale)
- Develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
- Fine-tune models for domain-specific use cases
- Build scalable backend systems using Python
- Deploy and manage solutions on AWS cloud
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
- Ensure system reliability and performance in production
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Engineering experience with strong full-stack background
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Expertise in AWS and DevOps practices
- Experience with Python-based development
- Strong ownership mindset ("you build it, you run it")
- Ability to design and scale production-grade AI systems
