Job Summary
Bhima Jewellery is seeking detail-oriented and customer-friendly Billing Executives for our Rajapalayam showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing operations, customer transactions, and ensuring smooth checkout procedures with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing and invoicing processes accurately.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain daily billing records and transaction reports.
- Assist customers during the billing process professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure accuracy in product pricing, discounts, and tax calculations.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
- Follow company billing procedures and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Good communication and numerical skills.
- Experience in billing or cashier operations is preferred.
- Jewellery retail experience will be an added advantage.
