Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads through telecalling, email campaigns, and social media platforms to drive revenue growth.
  • Convert leads into paying customers by upselling and cross-selling life insurance products over the phone.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve overall sales performance.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-5 years of experience in B2C sales, BPO sales, or telesales industry.
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam language (written & spoken).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into paying customers.
  • Ability to work on an hourly wage basis with flexible scheduling options.
