Job Description
Roles and Responsibility- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to support the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
