• Experience in Airline Reservations & Ticketing / PNR creation and updation / Ancillary Services / ticket reissue, revalidation / EMD / DCS
• Mandatory additional skillset - Disruption Management / Group Management / Revenue Integrity / Revenue Management
• Working knowledge of Amadeus GDS
• Adaptable to change and ability to work under pressure and high degree of accuracy
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ok for 24x7 rotational shifts
