Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with strong Healthcare Insurance domain expertise and hands-on experience in Selenium Java automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed test cases covering various functionalities and business scenarios
• Perform manual and automated testing and document test results
• Identify, report, and track defects with proper reproduction steps and evidence
• Execute regression testing to validate existing functionalities after code changes
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Review functional and non-functional requirements for complete test coverage
• Prepare test plans including testing scope, strategy, and timelines
• Perform performance validation to identify system bottlenecks
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Java
• Analyze testing metrics and recommend improvements

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Healthcare Insurance domain knowledge (Members, Benefits, Accumulators, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in Selenium with Java
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience in writing test cases, test plans, and defect reports
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
