Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies to build scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UI development, backend integration, mentoring junior developers, and delivering responsive applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and Redux.
- Collaborate with backend teams for seamless application integration.
- Develop responsive web applications compatible across multiple devices and browsers.
- Work closely with UX/design teams to translate designs into high-quality UI solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing JavaScript codebases.
- Troubleshoot browser compatibility and performance issues.
- Quickly adapt to new technologies and contribute to POCs (Proof of Concepts).
Required Skills
- 6.5 9 years of experience in web application development.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS Framework with Redux.
- Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and JavaScript object model.
- Strong experience in Front-End/UI development with backend integration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, JSON, DHTML
- SASS / SCSS
- Experience building responsive web applications across multiple devices.
- Good understanding of browser compatibility, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with debugging tools for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.
- Experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs, using XML/JSON.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with UI frameworks like Angular or Vue.js
- Experience with front-end tools like Webpack, Grunt
- Exposure to ARIA / Accessibility (ADA)
- Knowledge of JSP / XHTML
- Understanding of OWASP security standards
