Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Office 365 (M365) L2 Support Engineer to manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, ADFS, and Azure AD Connect infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Exchange Online, Azure AD, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
  • Handle user provisioning/de-provisioning, mailbox management, license assignment, and group administration
  • Troubleshoot mail flow, authentication, access issues, and service disruptions
  • Monitor and support ADFS infrastructure, including certificates, claims, trust health, and federation services
  • Handle ADFS/WAP authentication issues, MFA challenges, and federation outages
  • Support Azure AD Connect synchronization and troubleshoot sync-related issues
  • Monitor Azure AD Connect Health alerts and perform scheduled sync checks
  • Support Conditional Access policies and MFA enforcement
  • Investigate sign-in logs, audit logs, and risky sign-ins
  • Manage Transport Rules and DLP policies as per business requirements
  • Configure and support spam filters, malware protection, ATP Safe Links, and Safe Attachments
  • Handle PST backup requests for active and exited users
  • Support retention policies, mailbox restrictions, and basic compliance requirements

Required Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 Administration
  • Strong knowledge of ADFS infrastructure and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Conditional Access and MFA
  • Knowledge of Azure AD Connect and identity synchronization
  • Experience in Exchange Online administration
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive administration
  • Understanding of tenant-level security and compliance policies
  • Experience in DLP policy management
  • Knowledge of spam filtering, malware protection, and ATP policies
  • Ability to analyze audit logs and troubleshoot mail delivery issues

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Telecommunication
  • B.Sc. IT / BCA / MCA (Full-time course only)
  • No education gap
  • Civil and Mechanical backgrounds are not preferred

Preferred Certifications

  • Relevant Microsoft / Office 365 Certifications preferred
