What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? The role supports the organization s trade operations by ensuring that all trade cycle activities are tracked and evaluated against key performance metrics. Trade Analyst will support the Trade Planning Manager and collaborate closely with the Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams to ensure effective execution and analysis of trade campaigns and strategic initiatives. This operational role focuses on campaign planning, data analysis and reporting to drive trade effectiveness and visibility.What are we looking for?
  • Microsoft Excel
    Experience Required Minimum 3 years of work experience in Trade Operations in FMCG Industry Proficiency in?Power BI and?Microsoft PowerPoint Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong collaborator and cross functional working experience drive for results. Fluency in English language. Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required (Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 4 points) Experience in managing Trade marketing data Experience in Trade CRM & planning tool (Salesforce, Anaplan, etc) as added advantage Proficient in Power BI, Excel and Power-point Ability to interpret, enhance and optimise reporting to support analysis and insights Passionate about numbers and analysis Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required (Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 2 points) A bachelor??s degree in a business or Marketing field Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Have good understanding of End Market trade cycle objectives and operation, while working from GBS Hub. Build new reports in PowerBi based on the objectives and running activities. Maintain existing PowerBi reports in the TM&D reporting platform Concordia to ensure accuracy and timeliness of results Ensure smooth operation and data integrity across Concordia platforms. Troubleshoot and escalate platform issues as needed. Work closely with Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams to align on campaign execution and reporting needs. Support coordination efforts between field teams and central planning functions. Support in preparing learnings through proper trade analysis of prior cycles executions. Support in automating and standardizing trade reporting, and analysis with proper collaboration with relevant stakeholders Escalate and coordinate in case of any report/ dashboard related issues.
