JOB DESCRIPTION
Assistant / Engineer / Sr Engineer / Dy Manager / Manager (Reinforcement / BBS)
- Responsible for overall billing of steel reinforcement activities.
- Responsible for preparation of Bar bending schedule as per Indian standard.
- Getting approval of the BBS from the consultant.
- Coordinating with contractor & consultant regarding any technical queries.
- Responsible for site execution of reinforcement work.
- Coordinating with VDC modelling team of RO/HO
- Record all incoming steel and monitoring the wastages and control on wastages by optimizing the BBS in consultation with VDC team
- Monthly Reconciliation of reinforcement steel
- Preparation of Client billing for reinforcement steel work.
Asst Engineer / Engineer / Sr Engineer / Dy Manager - Formwork
- Plan, supervise, and monitor formwork activities for slabs, columns, beams, walls, and core structures as per project schedule.
- Coordinate erection, dismantling, and shifting of major formwork systems such as Doka, PERI, Mivan, table forms, climbing forms, and jump form systems.
- Review formwork drawings, method statements, and material requirements to ensure proper execution and safety compliance.
- Conduct inspections before concrete pouring to verify alignment, dimensions, stability, and quality of formwork installations.
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, planning, and safety teams for smooth project execution and timely completion of structural works.
- Monitor formwork material utilization, productivity, and subcontractor performance while minimizing wastage and maintaining site safety standards.
Foreman / Supervisors Reinforcement / BBS
- Reinforcement / BBS, formwork / shuttering, rebar, with 3-15 years of experience in large mechanized industrial / commercial construction projects with relevant exposure to multidisciplinary activities. Preference will be given to the candidates with ITI Qualification.
- SSC / ITI with 3-15 years of experience from good construction companies.
- Building experience mandatory
- For shuttering foremen - MIVAN Shuttering experience will be preferred
Lab Technician:
- Should be aware of all Laboratory testing of all material, including concrete and aggregates
- Carry out joint inspections with clients and obtain approval for materials
- Inspection of incoming material and reporting to the project manager.
- Arrange / establish concrete mix designs on sites for various grades of concrete.
- Maintain proper documentation and day-to-day correspondence with planning and client.
- Preparation of Mix design for all constructions activities
Asst. Engineer / Engineer / Sr. Engineer QA/QC (10 Positions):
- Formulation & Implementation of project-specify Quality Plan
- Maintaining Records for Incoming Material Inspection
- Maintaining Records for Tests on construction materials
- Records for Labour contractor Evaluation
- Maintaining Records for Process Control & related inspections, tests
- Calibration & Validation of Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment
- Corrective actions for non-conformities
- Inculcation of Quality Awareness in all Engineers
- Coordination with clients Quality control Engineer
- Maintaining all Quality records
- Sample approval and connected Records
- Document Control for quality plan and site procedures
Note:
- Candidates should have worked with reputed construction contracting companies and experienced in construction of commercial & high-rise residential building projects.
- Candidates should be willing to work anywhere in south india - Andhra / Telangana / Karnataka region
- Foreman / Supervisor / Lab Technicians will be taken on Permanent / project-based roles based on suitability.
