We are hiring for the position of HR Recruiter for our client HDFC ERGO.

Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: 14 Years
Location: Andheri Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
  • Align candidates with client requirements and job expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage the complete selection process.
  • Maintain regular client coordination and follow-ups.
  • Handle recruitment documentation and reporting.
  • Manage candidate onboarding and joining process.
  • Experience in Banking hiring will be preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Good understanding of hiring processes and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
