We are hiring for the position of HR Recruiter for our client HDFC ERGO.

Experience: 14 Years
Location: Andheri Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Align candidates with client requirements and job expectations.
- Coordinate and manage the complete selection process.
- Maintain regular client coordination and follow-ups.
- Handle recruitment documentation and reporting.
- Manage candidate onboarding and joining process.
- Experience in Banking hiring will be preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and recruitment.
- Good understanding of hiring processes and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
