Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic professionals with experience in Banking Operations, Client Servicing, and Customer Support for a US International Banking Process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving escalations, supporting banking transactions, and ensuring high-quality client experience through effective communication and process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for US banking clients
- Resolve customer queries related to:
- Banking transactions
- Account information
- Online banking support
- Debit/Credit card queries
- Payment disputes
- Fraud-related concerns
- Provide excellent client servicing and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage customer escalations and provide timely resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM/tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
- Adhere to banking compliance, SLA, and quality standards
- Ensure confidentiality and data security while handling customer information
- Meet productivity, CSAT, and performance metrics
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or International Voice Process
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult customer situations
- Good understanding of banking operations and customer service
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 4 8 years of experience in:
- Banking customer support
- International voice process
- Client servicing
- Financial operations
- Experience with US banking or financial process preferred
