Job Description
Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive.
Location: Manipal Hospital, Kharadi, Pune.
Department: Sales.
Reporting To: Unit Sales Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in and around Pune.
- Promote hospital services such as annual health check-ups, OPD/IPD services, tie-ups for cashless treatment, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with New & existing corporate clients and ensure regular engagement through follow-ups, events, and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR departments and decision-makers in target organizations for empanelment and service promotion.
- Coordinate with internal departments (medical, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
- Plan and execute corporate health camps and awareness sessions at client locations.
- Prepare business proposals, MoUs, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and update corporate sales pipelines and CRM reports regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate sales targets set by the hospital.
Key Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
