Role & Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Narayana Health Insurance plans
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to health insurance products
  • Clearly explain policy features, coverage, benefits, exclusions, and pricing
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales closures
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily/monthly basis
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads
  • Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and company guidelines
