Process: HRO / HR Operations Support
Mode: Work from Office
Transportation: Cab facility will be provided for upto 30km. 

Job Summary

We are hiring candidates for the UPS Project with excellent communication skills for HR Operations / Tier 2 Support roles. The candidate will be responsible for handling employee/customer queries through calls, emails, and chats while ensuring high-quality support and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer/employee interactions
• Resolve HR operational queries within defined TAT
• Provide support through voice, email, and chat channels
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Update and maintain records in internal systems/tools
• Ensure accurate documentation of cases and resolutions

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in US rotational shifts
• Experience in HRO, HR Operations, Customer Support, International Voice Process, or Helpdesk will be preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication can also apply
