We are hiring for the position of HR Recruiter for our client HDFC ERGO.
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: 14 Years
Location: Andheri Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
* Align candidates with client requirements and job expectations.
* Coordinate and manage the complete selection process.
* Maintain regular client coordination and follow-ups.
* Handle recruitment documentation and reporting.
* Manage candidate onboarding and joining process.
* Experience in Banking hiring will be preferred.
Stakeholding management
Required Skills:
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Hands-on experience in sourcing and recruitment.
* Good understanding of hiring processes and documentation.
* Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
