Job Title: Customer Success Executive (IoT)

Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive with exposure to IoT/technology platforms who can ensure smooth onboarding, support, and satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Onboard clients and provide product training
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Help clients understand dashboards, reports & insights
  • Resolve queries by coordinating with technical teams
  • Monitor customer usage and ensure active engagement
  • Maintain strong client relationships & retention

Requirements

  • B.Tech (ECE / CSE / Electrical / Mechatronics preferred)
  • Understanding of IoT / SaaS/software platforms
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • 13 years of experience in customer-facing roles (freshers with IoT knowledge can apply).
