Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to oversee and manage advanced accounting functions, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance, along with strong expertise in Tally/ERP systems. This role requires leadership capabilities and the ability to guide junior team members while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely entries in Tally/ERP Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and payment cycles Review and validate e-invoices and ensure compliance with GST regulations Perform and supervise bank reconciliations and monthly/quarterly/year-end closing activities Prepare and review GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings Maintain, review, and reconcile general ledger accounts Lead and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and documentation readiness Supervise payroll processing and ensure adherence to statutory requirements Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and analytical reports for management Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders Mentor and guide junior accounting staff

Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (advanced), and other ERP systems In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and statutory compliance Experience in financial reporting, MIS, and audit handling Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Tamil preferred) Ability to lead, multitask, and work independently under deadlines
