WE ARE HIRING | Assistant Manager HR Blue Collar Recruitment

Work Location: M.No. 11-6-56/C/NR, Sy. No. 257 & 258/1, Opp. IDPL Railway Siding, Balanagar Moosapet Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad 500018

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented HR professional with strong experience in bulk hiring for warehouse and factories.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate + MBA (HR)
Minimum 4 years of experience in field hiring / blue-collar recruitment
Age limit: Up to 36 years
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi & English is mandatory
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad
Immediate joiners preferred
Only Males candidates are preferred.

Key Hiring Experience Required:

Delivery Boys , Pickers & Packers, Auditors, Loaders & Unloaders, Riders & Drivers and Electricians

Work Details:

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA
(Salary hike will be offered based on the current CTC, relevant experience, domain expertise, career stability, current designation, and overall years of experience.)
