Job Description

    About the Role
    We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers by addressing their queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

    Key Responsibilities
    Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
    Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
    Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
    Assist customers with account-related requests and service updates.
    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
    Adhere to company policies and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
    Requirements
    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
    Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
    Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
