Job Description
About Position:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 6 to 12 years of experience, having strong hands-on expertise in Python and FastAPI to build high-performance, asynchronous REST APIs. The role focuses on developing scalable and production-grade Generative AI solutions, leveraging modern AI technologies and ensuring optimized performance, reliability, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

What You'll Do:
- Develop high-performance and scalable REST APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini
- Build and manage RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt orchestration, and vector database integrations
- Ensure production-grade system performance with optimized latency and scalability
- Collaborate with ML engineers and platform teams for solution design and delivery
- Contribute to cloud-native deployments and CI/CD pipeline implementation
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong expertise in Gen AI, MCP, and Production Grade system design
- Hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI for asynchronous API development
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable GenAI services with optimized model inference
- Good understanding of API scalability, latency optimization, and system performance tuning
- Exposure to agent-based architectures and modern AI frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments and CI/CD pipelines
