Data Scientist - Diageo @ Premium

Job Description

Partner with Finance, HR, and Corporate Analytics teams to design, develop, and deploy AI, and ML solutions that enhance decision intelligence and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Collaborate with senior partners to translate complex business challenges (workforce attrition, cost overruns, compliance risks, root-cause analysis for forecast variances, market estimations) into structured analytical frameworks with measurable outcomes.

Develop predictive and prescriptive models to drive smarter decision-making across:

o Cash Flow Forecasting & Working Capital Optimization

o Rewards, compensation, offers recommendation engine

o Performance, Capability & Workforce Analytics

o Insights from Surveys, Contracts, Policies & Other Unstructured Data (via NLP/GenAI).

o Intelligent Agents for Forecast Variance Detection & Automated Root Cause Analysis

o Enterprise KPI & Governance performance tracking

Communicate insights through compelling visualisations, storytelling, and clear business recommendations to drive measurable impact.

Stay abreast of innovative AI, GenAI, and Decision Intelligence advancements, proactively finding opportunities to embed innovation and automation across corporate workflows.
