Role Summary
(Purpose: why this role exists?)
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with minimum 6 years of
experience in Backend (Python, AWS) Development.
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations
Develop End to End Data Analytics Solutions to support the Advanced
Analytics team.
Design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized AWS
infrastructure solutions.
Develop and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using AWS services
(CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation,
or AWS CDK.
Collaborate with development teams, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders
to deliver robust cloud analytics solutions.
Deploy, configure, and manage AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3,
Lambda, ECS, EKS, and VPC.
Implement and manage containerization strategies using Docker and
Kubernetes on AWS (EKS).
Ensure security best practices including IAM policies, encryption, VPC
security, and compliance standards.
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure for performance,
availability, and cost efficiency.
Implement automated testing, logging, and monitoring solutions using
CloudWatch, X-Ray, and third-party tools.
Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and DevOps pipeline
improvements.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily
stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Stay updated with the latest AWS services, best practices, and emerging
technologies.
Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for business continuity.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors/masters degree in computer science/EC/IT.
BE/BTech/ME/MTech from a reputed college
Work Experience
Experience Required
6+ Years of Experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps,
specializing in the design and optimization of high-velocity engineering
workflows.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified
DevOps Engineer - Professional
Deep proficiency in EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudFront along
with CloudFormation, and AWS CDK for repeatable, secure environments.
Hands-on mastery of Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and ECS for scalable
microservices.
High proficiency in Python and Java for backend services, job processing,
and cloud task automation.
Expert in SQL (RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL), DynamoDB, and Aurora;
skilled in connecting insights via Tableau and Power BI.
Experienced in deploying Gen AI models and integrating LLMs for chatbots
and recommendation engines.
Expert in creation, deployment, and proactive maintenance using Amazon
API Gateway and RESTful design.
Strong foundation in AWS networking protocols and enterprise-grade
security scans.
Expert in implementing logging stacks via CloudWatch, ELK.
Skilled in Google Apps Script for workspace productivity and JIRA for
Agile/Scrum project management.
Applies mass balance and process flow principles to technical SDLC and
API lifecycles.
Seasoned in navigating cross-functional teams and driving architectural
improvements through data-driven bottleneck analysis.
Experience with Engineering projects, data analytics , process modelling of
industrial chemical processes
