HR Recruiter

Role Overview

Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Company: CIEL HR Services Limited
Location: Chennai (Anna Nagar - In-Office)
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong communication are welcome)
Compensation: 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 LPA + Performance Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days a week

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Hai, Apna), social media, and internal databases.
Cold Calling & Verification: Conduct initial cold calls to gauge candidate interest, verify skill sets, and confirm availability.
Interview Coordination: Schedule telephonic, video, or face-to-face interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date daily Management Information System (MIS) tracking pipeline data and Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics.
Offer Follow-up: Assist in post-selection coordination, document verification, and follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or MBA in HR is preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; fluency in Tamil is a strong plus for regional hiring.
Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and online navigation.
Attributes: Target-driven, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn end-to-end recruitment.
