Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive end to end customer service management operations
Manage a blended team of service analysts and content specialists to coordinate daily task allocation monitor workloads and maintain predictable service outcomes in a fast paced environment.
Oversee queue management and case routing in customer service tools
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and client representatives

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication skills in English

Must have 5+ years of overall experience

Must have TL(on paper) experience

Work location : Bangalore

Shift: Rotational 24/7 from Manyata tech park

100% RTO

Notice period :30-45 days
