Business Analyst in US Health Insurance with PreSales Experience

Job Description:

Looking the health BA for the presales division, the person will be mainly responsible for:

1. Understanding our health systems and landscape
2. Proficient in prototyping to create demos as per customer requirement
3. Excellent communication and articulation

Looking anybody who can at present give health demos to customer and possess good demonstration skills.

Job Description:

• Business Analyst having in-depth knowledge of Health Underwriting, Risk ratings, Reinsurance, commission/ payments in Insurance domain.
• Having exposure to product life cycle management, application migration advantage.
• Knowledge in Health Insurance UW and Claims
• Understanding of Insurance business processes
• Understanding of application landscape in the Insurance business
• Ability to understand and analyze the business requirements
• Understanding of the Waterfall, Agile and scrum methodologies
• Understanding and exposure in documentation of requirement, preparing BRD, use cases, user stories, solution documents etc.
• Experience in functional testing
• Good analytical, documentation and communication skills
  Good with Pre-sales demo, POCs and related Activities

• Health Claims Auto Adjudication process

• Provider Portal integration
• Reinsurance
