Job Summary

SAP_PP + QM Sr. Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI S/4 HANA modules and domain knowledge in Store Operations and Sales Planning & Execution. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and drive impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using S/4 HANA modules ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goals.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for S/4 HANA PP-PI Batch Management and Variant Configuration modules.
  • Provide expertise in Generative AI to enhance decision-making processes and optimize production planning workflows.
  • Oversee the integration of S/4 HANA PP-Shop Floor Execution and Production Campaign modules to streamline manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and maintain master data for S/4 HANA PP ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Implement and optimize S/4 HANA PP-Long Term Planning and Demand Management to improve forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate the execution of process orders and engineering change management (ECM) within S/4 HANA PP to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Support sales and operations planning by leveraging S/4 HANA PP functionalities to align production schedules with market demands.
  • Provide domain expertise in Store Operations and Sales Planning & Execution to enhance system configurations and business processes.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on S/4 HANA capabilities and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA modules including PP-PI Batch Management Variant Configuration Shop Floor Execution and Production Campaign.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Generative AI and its application in production planning and decision-making.
  • Have strong domain experience in Store Operations and Sales Planning & Execution with a proven track record of driving impactful solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges effectively.
  • Showcase proficiency in engineering change management (ECM) and process order execution within S/4 HANA PP.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess a solid understanding of sales and operations planning processes and their integration with S/4 HANA PP functionalities.
  • Have experience in conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance stakeholder knowledge and engagement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage master data and ensure its accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results within project timelines.
  • Showcase adaptability to a hybrid work model and willingness to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
