Job Description
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic graduate looking to build your career in ERP consulting and business solutions? Join LevelShift as a Fresher Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), where youll learn and work on ERP implementations, business process analysis, system configuration, and user support across Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse Management modules. Youll collaborate with experienced consultants and business users to deliver effective ERP solutions and support digital transformation initiatives.
What Youll Do
As a Fresher Functional Consultant BC at LevelShift, you will:
- Assist in gathering business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Support the preparation of functional requirement and gap-fit documentation.
Learn and assist in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
Support Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse Management processes.
Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist in resolving user queries related to ERP functionalities and data issues.
Provide support in preparing user manuals, training materials, and process documentation.
Participate in end-user training sessions and implementation activities.
Work with technical and functional teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
Support project teams in ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Learn ERP best practices, business workflows, and accounting processes.
Follow organizational quality standards, operational procedures, and information security policies.
Your Skillset
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in ERP/Business Applications domain.
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MBA, or related field.
Basic understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts.
Knowledge of ERP concepts and business processes is preferred.
Interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn ERP implementation and business process consulting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business documentation practices.
Familiarity with Zoho or other business applications is an added advantage.
