Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

(MRR)Release of Information (ROI) Release of Information,for medical records in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) policies

• Review and validate authorization forms to ensure legal compliance
• Retrieve medical records from EMR/EHR systems, paper charts, and legacy systems
• Ensure accurate disclosure of PHI based on request type (patient, attorney, insurance, audit, government)
• Apply appropriate redactions where required
• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
• Meet productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and quality benchmarks
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, healthcare providers, attorneys, and payers
• Document actions and maintain audit trails for compliance purposes
• Support quality audits and resolve errors or discrepancies promptly.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ROI - Release of Information / MRR - Medical Records Retrieval.
• Good Typing Skills/Communication skills required
• Hyderabad Location(WFO) Access Healthcare
• Rotational Shift
• 2-Way Cab Facility Provided
