Job Description:
Bharat Forge Ltd. is hiring ITI and Diploma candidates for Production Operator and Machine Operator positions at its Mundhwa, Pune facility. Candidates will be responsible for production activities, machine operations, assembly processes, quality inspection, and maintaining safety standards on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment as per SOPs.
Perform assembly and machine operation activities.
Maintain production targets and quality standards.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Conduct basic inspection and reporting of production issues.
Work effectively within a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI Pass (All Trades)
Diploma Pass (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Production and related branches)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Male candidates only.
Salary:
ITI: 16,500 per month
Diploma: 20,450 per month
