Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software, RFID, IoT, and automation projects. The role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communications.
- Collaborate with clients, leadership, and technical teams.
- Conduct project reviews and provide status updates.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Team Leadership
- Lead software, QA, RFID, support, and business teams.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and remove blockers.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Risk & Process Management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Support PMO and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery frameworks & tools like Jira, Azuro DevOps, Agile.
- Experience managing enterprise-level, cross-functional projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
- Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Software Product / Enterprise Applications / IoT / RFID / Automation background
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 10+ years of overall IT/Technology experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
