We have a requirement of Cyber security specialist in our HO in BKC.
Key Responsibilities
Security Operations & Monitoring: Monitor networks, systems, and security tools (e.g., SIEM, firewalls) to detect, analyse, and respond to incidents.
Governance & Compliance: Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS and ITAA 2000/CERT.in
Risk Management & Audits: Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans (VA + PT), and security audits to ensure compliance and identify control failures.
Training & Awareness: Develop and conduct company-wide training sessions to educate employees on Best practises and Cyber Security objectives.
Identity & Access Management (IAM): Oversee user access rights, conducting access reviews and managing user provisioning/provisioning,
Security Operations: Assign , manage and fine tune MFA and DLP policies , manage Security infrastructure for MFA and DLP and coordinate with OEM and System aggregator. API security and management alongside protecting AI Systems and architectures.
Threat Intelligence: Collect data on security measures to write technical reports, identify threats, and apply appropriate defensive protocols.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation of policies, procedures, and security configurations, preparing performance reports for management.
Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and Remediation, closures
Tracking, Reporting , Follow-up and presenting Management Dash boards.
Responsibilities not limited to above and aligned with organisations and departments deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
MFA : Emudra
DLP : Forcepoint
Experience: 10+ years in cybersecurity operations, risk management, or information security.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), operational technology and security technologies (e.g., firewall, SOC, IDS/IPS, WAF ,SIEM, MFA , DLP,NAC ,etc) and ISA/IEC 62443
Governance Frameworks: Knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS, SOC 2, MITRE ATT&CK, HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF);HIPPA,DISHA ;
DSCI Ransomware Rapid Responder or Equivallent , SANS ICS/SCADA , Fortinet NSE 6
Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP ,Cloud Security , AI security ; CEH ,GRC , ISO 27001 IA / ISA/IEC 62443
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills to explain complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
