Job Description

Process: Customer Support Executive - SBI Inbound Process

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls
Resolve queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
Update customer details in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Mandatory)
Minimum 6 months BPO experience (VETI 5 Quality preferred)
Excellent communication skills required
Basic computer knowledge
Both male & female candidates can apply

Salary:18K - 20K Inhand | Upto 25K CTC

Work Details:

Shift: Rotational Day Shift
Weekly Off: Any 1 day (Rotational)
