Hiring: IP Network Assurance Engineer / Team Lead
Location: NOIDA
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Environment | 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 4 Days Working / 3 Days Off (Rotational)About the Role:
We are looking for experienced IP Network Assurance professionals to join our Network Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in L2/L3 troubleshooting, routing and switching technologies, and hands-on experience with Juniper and Nokia network environments.
This role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and restoring critical IP network services while ensuring high levels of network availability and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Network Operations & Troubleshooting
Perform detailed fault analysis, remote testing, fault isolation, and issue resolution for IP network elements.
Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents across Core, Distribution, and Access networks.
Execute break-fix activities related to:
Hardware failures
Software and firmware upgrades
Network element commissioning
Product and platform upgrades
Perform proactive surveillance and preventive maintenance activities.
Implement approved network and service changes.Expertise in:
BGP
OSPF
ISIS
Routing Protocols
Switching Concepts
LAN / MAN / WAN Troubleshooting
Experience with DSLAM and broadband network environments.
Strong CLI troubleshooting skills.
Experience with network monitoring, telemetry, ticketing, provisioning, and dispatch systems.
Ability to independently perform IP surveillance and fault management activities.Education:
B.Tech / B.E. (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, IT)
