Position: Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L2)
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 & L2 desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and operating system issues.
• Configure and manage LAN/WAN networks.
• Handle network troubleshooting and cable management activities.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi routers and network devices.
• Set up and support VPN connectivity for users.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and basic network administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Ensure timely closure of IT support tickets as per SLA.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Desktop Support (L1/L2).
• Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience in Wi-Fi router installation and configuration.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting and cable management.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Outlook, MS Office, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
