Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
  Develop high-quality code that meets industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to marketing automation workflows and campaign execution.
• Must-have Skills :Data Privacy & GDPR, Large Program Architecture & Digital Transformation Roadmaps, ETL, CAN-SPAM, Lead Scoring, Lead Nurturing, Salesforce Ecosystem, CASL, CDP, Marketing Automation, SQL (basic), Cross Channel marketing Automation platform.
• Lead architecture and execution of Marketo? Marketing Cloud Next (Advanced) migration.
• Define migration strategy, including data, assets, campaigns, and integrations.
• Perform current-state assessment of Marketo instance (programs, lists, workflows, scoring models) and map to target architecture
• Design target data model and identity resolution strategy using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Architect journey orchestration and campaign transformation aligned to Marketing Cloud Next capabilities.
• Define and implement data migration frameworks (batch + real-time where applicable.
• Lead integration design across CRM, external systems, and third-party tools (APIs, middleware).
• Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and consent management during migration.
• Establish governance, naming conventions, and operational model for the new platform 10. Drive cutover strategy, testing, and hypercare support
