Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibilities


Delivery Management:


  • Owns end-to-end delivery commitments for the Customer managing on time delivery with highest quality meeting all the delivery commitment without escalations. Collaborate with various COEs and service line bringing the right solutions and optimized delivery model for the engagement
  • Collaborate with the product teams for effective solutions Program governance, Risk, SLA and SOW commitments management.

Operational Excellence:


  • Managing portfolio to meet set operational goals such as revenue, Margin and utilization
  • Maintain organization operation metrics on Pyramid, Gencs, P* Ratio, Fixed Bid offshore ratio and on/off offshore ratio
  • Effective revenue forecasting

Sales Support & Business Development:

  • Anchor and review proposals, provide solutions, formulates win themes, estimates and pricing.
  • Anchor and participate in assessment, proposal defense and support
  • Provide consulting services to customers and manage customer visits

Talent Management:

  • Coaches and Mentor mid-management talent for the SBU
  • Identify talent requirements, frequently assess talent, and identify talent gaps
  • Develop and execute a plan to acquire, develop and retain world-class talent

Transformation & Innovation:

  • Adopt Gen AI based transformation solutions reducing implementation cost and timeline
  • Specific focus on Industrialization of both operational & delivery levers resulting in better customer experience & CoD improvements
  • Plays key role in moving to tool driven delivery and Platform driven governance.

Candidate Eligibility:

Domain/Industry (Mandatory)


  • Minimum 18+ Years of overall Enterprise IT experience with at least 5-10 yrs of experience in HealthCare domain and Healthcare Product consulting delivery services.

  • Rich Healthcare Payor domain experience and well versed with most of the TriZetto and HPC products and services

Technology Skills (Mandatory) - Platform implementation Experience - Extensive platform/COTS based Implementations, Upgrades and cloud Transformations


Functional capabilities (Optional)


  • Effective Communication: effective communication skills to clearly articulate vision and lead effective teams across the enterprise, bringing valuable insights

  • Relationship management: Outstanding interpersonal abilities; skilled in managing relationships with executive leadership and business units, effectively aligning stakeholders to strategic plans and mediating conflict

  • Leadership experience: Excellent organizational and leadership skills to build strong Strategy function and lead by example; strong budgeting, talent management, and business operations skills

Certifications (Optional) - Certification in healthcare AHM 250 or equivalent is a plus
