Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies in line with statutory regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and safety audits at regular intervals.
Ensure compliance with local statutory laws, industry standards, and company safety protocols.
Lead and conduct incident investigation, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Monitor and ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records for compliance and audit purposes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement safety improvements and corrective measures.
Ensure emergency preparedness plans, mock drills, and evacuation procedures are in place.
Liaise with government authorities for inspections, certifications, and safety compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and legal regulations.
Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
