Job Title: Customer Support Executive Non Voice
Process: Chat & Email Support
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
Shift Timings (Rotational):
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
4:30 PM to 1:30 AM
Job Responsibilities:
Resolve customer queries through email support.
Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customers.
Maintain professional and clear written communication.
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling concerns effectively.
Follow company guidelines and process standards while responding.
Requirements:
Good written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
Typing speed and accuracy.
Problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple chats/emails efficiently.
Salary :
18,000 - 23,000 (Depending on Last Drawn and Interview )
3,500 /- Travel allowance
