Role : AR Caller

Location : Mindspace(Hyderabad)

Shift : 6 PM to 3 AM

PF details must be available for all the companies you have worked with

Role & responsibilities :

AR Callers contact patients and insurance companies to follow up on outstanding payments, verify claim status, and resolve billing inquiries, ensuring timely cash flow for healthcare providers.
Claim Management: They investigate denied or underpaid claims, identify reasons for non-payment, and initiate appeals or corrections to maximize reimbursement .
Collaboration: AR Callers work closely with billing, coding, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate claim submission

Preferred candidate profile :

Must have experience from Provider End.
Voice exp is mandatory.
Must have exp in Denials.
