We are launching Indias first structured at-home childcare training and placement programme, creating a new generation of professionally trained childcare specialists for modern families.
The Opportunity
We are looking for 10th / 12th pass or graduate (from any field), who have hands-on experience caring for young children and want to build a recognized, high-growth professional career in childcare.
As a Certified Early Years Childcare Specialist, you will provide professional in-home care for children aged 05 years, supporting their daily routines, development, wellbeing, and early learning.
This is a full-time, live-in role with verified families in premium households and continuous support from BorderPlus.
What Youll Do
- Care for newborns, infants, and young children aged 05 years
- Support feeding, sleep routines, hygiene, and daily care
- Encourage age-appropriate development and early learning
- Apply your childcare experience to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Maintain high standards of health, hygiene, and safety
- Build a trusted and professional relationship with families
Training Programme (3 Months Pune)
- Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month training in early childhood care essentials, designed to help them transition confidently into this specialized role
- Curriculum focused on early years child care and development, routine management, child learning and engagement, child psychology, professionalism and workplace readiness
- Stipend: 12,000 per month to support food and accommodation during training
- Training program fee: 1,00,000, structured as a long-term career investment - the fee will be fully refunded after 12 months of successful employment with us
- Professional certification upon successful completion
Employment & Compensation
Permanent employment with BorderPlus on successful completion of training. We manage all placement and deployment with families end-to-end
- Starting salary: 57 LPA depending on experience and childcare background
- Full salary when actively deployed with a family; base retainer guaranteed between placements (3-3.6 LPA between placements)
- 90%+ savings potential food and accommodation fully covered by the family
- 2 days off per month, travel opportunities depending on assignment
International Career Pathway
Top performers become eligible for international childcare opportunities in Dubai after gaining professional experience in India
Who Should Apply
- 10th pass, 12th pass, Diploma holders or Graduate from any field - no specific educational background required
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on childcare experience as a jappa, nanny, babysitter, daycare worker, creche staff, or at-home caregiver is required
- Conversational English and good communication skills
- Warm, patient, responsible, and passionate about working with children
- Willing to attend the 3-month training programme in Pune
- Open to a full-time live-in role with families
