Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Monitor attendance, grooming, and discipline of housekeeping employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, offices, washrooms, common areas, and public spaces.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals.
  • Team handling and supervisory skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in shifts.

Qualification

  • Minimum: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or Housekeeping is preferred.

Experience

  • 1-15 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
  • Experience in hospitals, hotels, malls, or corporate facilities preferred.

Salary

  • As per company standards and experience.
