Job Title: Staff Nurse (GNM / B.Sc Nursing)

Job Overview

Equitas Hospital is looking for compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) to provide quality patient care and support clinical operations. Freshers and experienced candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and treatment progress.
• Administer medications and assist doctors during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery plans.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: GNM or B.Sc Nursing
• Valid Nursing Registration preferred
• Experience: 03 years
• Female candidates preferred
• Good communication and patient-handling skills

Shift Details

• 7:00 AM 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM 7:00 PM
• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Full Shift)
• 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (General Shift)
• 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (General Shift)
• Night Shift

Note: Night shifts are limited to a maximum of 78 days per month. Benefits
