Core Responsibilities -
The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive. Given the fast-moving nature of this work, the responsibilities set out below may change and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- Define a Golden Set of labels by reviewing sample data and applying predefined labels to identify missing and/or unnecessary labels on a project by project basis.
- Complete assigned data labeling tasks in-line with productivity and quality targets which will be defined on a project by project basis.
- Add clear and concise notes where none of the labels apply to the content being reviewed.
- Review and map customer feedback during any gaps in labeling tasks.
- There may be some projects where you will need to listen to or reading case summaries and making annotations on the quality of these across text and audio formats
Qualifications Background & experience Required
- Experience as a data labeler. Preferred experience 2 years, but open to minimum of 6 months experience
- Strong understanding of Airbnbs platform and genuine passion for the brand. Experienced data labeler, ideally having supported similar programs in the relevant language.
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level); additional B2/C1 level proficiency required in the target labelling language.
- Exceptional reading, comprehension, and communication skillsboth verbal and written, with the ability to concisely describe unlabeled content.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency. Analytical thinker with aptitude for root cause analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-starter who takes initiative and is action-oriented.
- High-performing with a dedication to excellence. Individuals who are eager to learn about new technologies
- Bachelor's degree in any stream - Preferred Individuals who have previous experience in customer service profile or data research/analysis roles will excel in this role Preferred

- Platform Expertise & Brand Passion: Understanding of Airbnbs platform and genuine enthusiasm for the brand and new technologies.
- Language Proficiency & Communication: C1 level for Target labelling language, and B2 English requirement - strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Quality & Analytical Thinking: Commitment to accuracy, consistency, and analytical skills for root cause analysis.
- Organization & Initiative: Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and a proactive, self-starting approach.
