Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) Kotak Mahindra Bank

Location:Thane West

Payroll: Directly on Kotak Mahindra Banks payroll

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male/Female candidates can apply
• Eperience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales or BPO voice process with sales exposure
• No freshers will be considered
• No employment gap of more than 6 months
• Education: Graduate (any stream)
• Age: 18 to 32 years
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Good with mathematical calculations
• Well-groomed and polished, with customer interaction skills

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in BPO voice process with sales targets
• Background in financial products or banking sales

Compensation:

• CTC: Up to 6,00,000 per annum (based on interview performance)
• Incentives: Up to 35,000 per month (performance-based)

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed day shift)
